With the access or use of our services at Ambionex, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions mentioned below. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please abstain from using our services.
With our company, users get a range of services that includes and not limited to social media management programs, technical services, digital marketing programs, and training & diploma courses. The details specific to these terms are associated with every service outlined in separate agreements shared with the clients.
There may be a requirement to create an account to access certain services. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the confidentiality of your own account information and all the activities that are taking place under your account. Ambionex reserves all the rights to suspend or terminate an account if we found out that you have shared false or misleading information.
The fees for the services you take from us are outlined in the respective service agreements. Terms of payments along with the due dates and payment methods acceptable will be specified in the invoices issued by Ambionex. If you fail to make timely payments, it may result in suspension or termination of our bond.
All the rights for intellectual property that are related to our services that include but are not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information that are owned by Ambionex. We grant clients a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use our services for their desired purposes.
Both the parties (Ambionex and the clients) agree to keep the confidentiality of the contract maintained of any proprietary information being disclosed throughout the provision of services. This obligation goes beyond the termination of services.
Our company, Ambionex, reserves the right to terminate your services at any point of time if the Terms and Conditions are violated, non-payment of fees, or other reasons considered appropriate. Clients can also terminate their services by giving a written notice in accordance with the terms that are explained in their relevant service agreement.
The services are provided "as is" where there are no warranties, expressed, or implied. We offer high-quality services but we do not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of these services for a specific purpose.
Ambionex is not liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or special damages that arise out of or in the connection of using our services. The liability that we hold for any claim is for those that arise under these Terms and Conditions which should not exceed the total fees paid by the client.
All the Terms and Conditions shared here are governed by and elucidated in the accordance with laws of Uttar Pradesh Government. Any disputes that arise under or within the connections of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the course of Uttar Pradesh.
We, at Ambionex, believe in updates and changes and reserve the rights to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will be notifying the clients about any changes being made and if they continue to use our services will be taken as the acceptance of the modified terms.
